This draft contains material that was formerly in the draft on
Sending Multiple Media Streams in a Single RTP Session about
grouping RTCP reception reports to reduce reporting overhead. This
material has been moved out of that draft since it is an extension to
RTCP, rather than merely a clarification of an existing specification.
