Rewrite Abstract and Introduction; add common formal syntax rules, and update ABNF; timestamps are in milliseconds, not seconds; remove conferencing specific text; split transport into multicast/broadcast and directed unicast, and clarify text; and significant editorial fixes.

-
Fix ABNF; add section 8 on "Awareness of other Entities"; add mbus.ping message; update protocol constants.

Changes from the last version: the draft is a stand-alone, application independent specification of the Mbus transport protocol and bootstrapping procedures and no longer contains conference control specific elements; the Mbus security and configuration parts have been moved from the appendix to the main part as they are required in order to build interoperable implementations; there is a new mandatory address element, that allows to identify Mbus entities uniquely; and added ABNF definitions for message and configuration entity syntax.
