This version adds an extended sequence number in the payload header, to accommodate high data rates. It also adds 4:1:1 colour sampling, 4:2:0 interlaced and progressive packetisation, and separate timestamps for interlaced fields to accommodate reverse 3:2 pull-down. Media type parameters for use with SDP are defined. The security considerations are expanded to include discussion of congestion control.
