RTCP Packet Format for Congestion Control Feedback at IETF 101

I gave brief presentations about our proposed RTCP packet format for congestion control feedback to the RMCAT and AVTCORE working groups at IETF 101 in London, March 2018.

There were a significant number of editorial changes to this version of the draft, but the technical changes were more minor, and primarily focussed on defining the clocks and timestamp formats to use, clarifying exactly what packets are reported on in what report, and defining behaviour in a number of corner cases.

There were no significant issues raised by the working groups. The major comment was that the drafts are missing signalling to enable the feedback format, which should be straightforward to add.
